Welcome to Starlight Dance Studio. By accessing our classes, events, website, or studio premises, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

• All participants must be at least 18 years old or have written permission from a parent or guardian.

• Respectful behavior is expected at all times toward staff, instructors, fellow students, and the facility.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone from classes or the premises for inappropriate or unsafe conduct.

2. Registration & Payments

• Drop-ins and class packages must be paid in full prior to participation.

• Monthly memberships and special packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Payment links for online purchases are handled securely through Mindbody.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds are generally not provided except in cases of:

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)

  • Studio-initiated cancellations (e.g., class canceled or rescheduled)

  • Other reasons at management’s discretion

• Unused classes on 5- or 10-class packs expire after the period noted at purchase (3 or 6 months, respectively).

4. Schedule & Class Changes

• Class schedules are subject to change based on instructor availability and attendance.

• We strive to provide timely notice for any changes or cancellations via email and social media.

• The studio reserves the right to substitute instructors as needed.

5. Studio Rules

• No food or drinks on the dance floor (water bottles with lids are permitted).

• No powder, rosin, or substances that may damage the floor.

• Clean, appropriate footwear is required in all dance areas.

• No photography or video recording in classes without permission.

6. Liability Waiver

• All participants acknowledge that dance and movement activities carry inherent physical risks.

• By attending, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury and release Starlight Dance Studio and its staff from any claims.

• We encourage all dancers to consult with a physician before starting any physical activity.

7. Privacy & Data

• Personal data collected through our website or registration system is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We do not sell or share personal information without consent.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, choreography, and instructional materials are property of Starlight Dance Studio or the respective instructors.

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Minors

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless enrolled in a kids' class.

• Guardians must sign a waiver for any minor participating in classes or camps.

10. Studio Accessibility & Safety

• Our studio is ADA accessible and committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming space for all.

• Gender-neutral bathrooms are available.

• Anyone making others feel unsafe or unwelcome may be asked to leave.
