Refund Policy

At Starlight Dance Studio, we aim to be flexible and understanding while maintaining the integrity of our pricing and scheduling. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or credits may be issued.

General Refund Guidelines
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

  • Refunds will only be considered in the event of valid, verifiable reasons, including:

    • Medical issues (with documentation)

    • Studio-canceled classes or events

    • Duplicate or mistaken charges

    • Other exceptional circumstances (at management's discretion)

Drop-Ins & Class Packs
  • Drop-in fees are non-refundable once the class has started.

  • Class packs (5- or 10-class):

    • Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase and only if no classes have been used.

    • Class packs are non-transferable and expire after their designated usage period (3 or 6 months).

Monthly Memberships
  • Monthly unlimited passes are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

  • If you are unable to attend due to medical or personal emergencies, contact us to pause your membership or receive a partial credit.

 
Workshops and Events
  • Workshops and social events: No refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

 
Kids Programs & Camps
  • Refunds for kids' classes or camps are available only up to 7 days before the program begins, minus a processing fee.

  • No refunds will be issued once the program is in session, except in cases of illness or family emergency.
