produced for intermediate and advanced West Coast Swing dancers.
The material within this 64 count line dance is comprised of over 15 contemporary (funk style) movements that are currently used to interpret top R& B and blues songs played on the Swing circuit.
The movements include, funky footwork, body isolations, illusion moves and cool lines.
“Sweat” was created by top Swing dancers, Michael Kiehm &
his nephew and rising star, Michael Kielbasa.
The “Sweat” line dance is currently danced at most of the Swing dance conventions all over the US, and is a challenge for even the most advanced dancer. Once you, master this routine, your next step would be to implement the movements into your Swing. The perfect learning tool for this is the newest title to our instructional series, Advanced Sweat.

On this video you will learn how to use the movements while dancing all of the popular basic variations. Top instructors, Michael Kiehm and partner Dawne Haight demonstrate, and instruct the techniques needed to make the movements fit as solo (man only or lady only), or as mirrored, (both partners at the same time). Michael and Dawne also emphasize the connection and balance while implementing the movements.
