| Most of our group classes run in monthly sessions. To enroll in a class, just arrive 15 minutes early for the first class of the month. Pre-registration is not required. Some classes run on a "drop in" format, and you may start at any time. Class Fees: Unless otherwise specified, Classes are $15.00 each or $10.00 each when paid in advance for the month ($40 for 4 weeks, $50 for 5 week class).
